If I have some Payday Loans? I know this sounds terrible, but I feel. I am quite familiar with Payday loans. Are underway across the country with a friend this summer, and I need some cash. I am currently unemployed in northern New England and I have yet to find a job. the situation is enough to say here, and im sure some of you know it is. however ... if i cannot find a job at the time, I thought to get some type of easy loan (ie a Payday loan?), as my credit is very poor and I have no source of income. I saw some Payday loan online companies who say they do not control jobs - but not in the way that this is true ... ill be further examined. my question is what have these rights? I know there is a contract and yadda yadda but revenge is something more than the usual daily harassing phone calls? because im the one already used for my college with credit cards, loans and debt securities, and that really doesn't bother me. so ar no problems in any legal act, and I really want to end up in court (although I suppose that even if i wouldnt really be able to squeeze me dry, considering i am a ragamuffin broken). keep in mind after these loans are going to stay forever, and maybe the other side of the continent. SO! Please keep an open mind and give me your opinion. thank you!
